How do you remove the scales?

I'd like to know how one might remove the scales from a Busse without destroying them. Thanks.

If it is one with hollow rivets, just drill out the rivet and the head will come off, once the head is off the scale should come off. If it is a older one with solid rivets, you will have to be move carefull in centering the drill, but basically the same process.
