Most aren't difficult... But I have trouble with ones like those on the sebenza and the hogue... Any suggestions? What tools do you use?

Are you concerned with marks on the studs or the blade? If its the blade you can drill them out. If the studs and they are threaded or pressed in it would be almost impossible not to damage them. IMO I have not tried to removed studs from a blade so maybe someone else would have a better answer.

thanks for the feedback!

anyone else?

Have done several SRM or Enlans. Use plier with some leather/cloth around the studs to prevent damage to studs. They are also loctited, so heat is needed. Making it work is the tough part: heat then plier before it dissipates.

I heard Sebenza studs are pressed fit in, in that case it's best to send back to maker. Further, conical shape stud will not allow plier to get a good grip. The sample I did were all cylindrical and screwed in (not pressed)
