1. Don't post in GD for help, that's what the tech support sub forum is for.
2. PMs are only available to paying members.
3. Emailing through the forums is not currently accessible, probably will get fixed eventually but the only way to know when it does is to read the tech support subforum for updates to the conversion process from old to new software.
