How do you store your CRK's?

I keep mine in a plastic sleeve and in their CRK leather pouch. I keep three Sebs or three Mnandis in one (older style) CRK box. Empty boxes are stacked in a closet in case I ever sell one. However, my small Seb 21 and small Cocobolo Classic that I rotate for EDC are in their leather pouch on my night stand. Oh yeah, and my large Micarta Classic is in a leather zippered case and in my "Go-bag" (aka bug-out bag).
 
I have a glass Display case with glass shelfs a goldenrod dehumidifer and display lighting it holds all my knives...
 
most that i dont carry regularly are in the crk boxes in the safe, the ones i do carry are just sitting side by side ready for action
 
I have the bottom part of rolling toolbox (lockable and childproof) that I keep all of my knives in. It fits in the back of my walk-in closet nicely and holds many, many knives! Plus, the extra drawers are nice for holsters, ammo, etc...
Most people don't want to spend much money on storage, but nice ones can be found for around $100 at Sears or even used.

The Dodecapod is nice too though! I have one....quality, overbuilt, and worth the money IMO.
 
I only have a couple of nice knives so far, but I keep them on the top shelf of my 2 gun Gunvault for now.
 
Goldenrod is your friend I love mine if you store in a case you must use the dehumidifer packs I learned the hard way about storing knives when I cracked an ivory handle on a knife I had waited 4 years to get. It was a very nice bit of pre ban ivory gone down the crapper. Keep them in a climite controled area I have 1 room in my house it has its own ac and humidity control unit. The closet in the room is gun racks and has a goldenrod inside and the doors in the room all have weather stripping the windows are blacked out central A/C blocked off, floressent lights

My wife collects Lee-Enfield and M-1 carbines so this is some of her doing all our guitars amps and computers are in this room as well... Fire protection provided by halon but im switching to CO2 somtime. ( got the halon unit free out of friends race car because of date on unit) and if you have a collection put insurence on it keep photos logs and paperwork in a deposit box not in the house. Sorry for going over board I will share photos somtime
 
I use the large Container Store Parts Organizers, Item No. 10017763. They're not cheap, but they're convenient, flexible with their movable dividers, and large enough for both folder and fixed-blade storage. :thumbup:

I used to keep my knives in a very similar case that held 50 folders. But then the thought occurred to me that if someone broke in to my place, I could kiss my collection goodbye. My knives are now in several nondescript containers in undisclosed locations.
 
I keep mine in the benchmade brag bag. It's nice, it hugs all my folders and it's easy to carry.
