How do you tie this lanyard?

This looks simple, 1) I'm new to tying lanyards 2) I tried a couple times and can't get it to look right. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find how to tie this lanyard? Or if you know of something more fancy, but what I like is the doubled up paracord.

It's not exactly the same, but it LOOKS close. HTH
