How do you unsubscribe to a thread?

For the life of me i cant figure out how to unsubscribe to a thread and its driving me nuts.

Up top to the right in the dark blue band click quick links then click subscribed threads. There will bring you to a screen with all your subscribed threads and you can check the box to change your subscription or unsubscribe.
