Just wondering how the folks at Sebenzaland get that wonderfull stonewash finish on their blades. If anyonw knows the details, I am a frusterated newbie to the world of making knives. I am starting out with small fixed blades and I would like to try to get the appearance of Sebenzas/Microtechs blades,
Thanks in advance!

Thank you James. I don't suppose you know where one could procure that ceramic media?

As far as I am aware... CRK also do the Microtech stone washing? Or at least did in the past.

One thing I do know is that the stonewash finish on the CRK blades puts the Microtech stonewash finish to shame. The Microtechs look like a garbage can finish in comparison. IMHO:)

What I think's nice is the satin flats with a stonewash bevel, like we saw on that flat ground Sebbie pic in another thread. Sweet! :D And, the awesome thing is, CRK doesn't charge extra to do it - all you have to do is ask for it! Too cool...
