How does the For Sale section work? It used to be chronoligical, but how are listings displayed now, once they fall off the intro page?

Also, how does one do general looking? I know how to use the search if I'm looking for a specific knife, but what if I just want to do a general scan on what's been listed recently? In the past, I would just check once a day, but that won't work anymore, What's a good substitute?

Mods, please feel free to move this. I didn't want to clutter up the For Sale section, since I'm not posting a knife for sale, and I wasn't sure where to post this.

My thanks.

I'm not sure if you are referring to changes this long ago, but about a year and a half ago there were some changes to the Exchange's default sorting.
Originally all threads were sorted in descending order from newest to oldest based on the last reply to each thread. Nowadays it is sorted by the post-date of the thread itself, allowing users to more easily view posts since their last visit without having to sort through all of the "bumps."

If you preferred the old sorting method, you can always scroll down to the bottom of the page and in the 'Thread Display Options' section, change 'Sort threads by' to 'Last Post Time.' Unfortunately this option is not saved and must be done every time you load the forums again from a fresh launch of your browser.

If you are seeing something other than what was described above, I'm not quite sure, then. Try clearing your browser cookies associated with this website?
