First came the Endura, fully serrated, with plastic clip and all was good. That was almost seven years ago. Was happy, blissful, then came 1998, with that year came a Delica, serrated with the metal clip. A new Endura, serrated, had to join the Delica as the big brother. Before I knew it I added a black and a red ladybug, A 50/50 blade delica, and endura. A 65/35 gin1 native, a plainedged gin1 native, a plainedged cpm440v native with Boye style lock, a mini-dyad, a calypso ltwt jr, an almite navigator, two g10 navigators, one plain one serrated. Ive bought at least five spydies as gifts. I sleep with a spydie within arms reach. Is there a cure!!!???

Sorry Mikey, you're at a point of no return. Don't worry, it's not too bad and you'll have plenty of company here.

sure.give SPYDERCO or your local dealer your credit card on account and just sit back and let the SPYDERCOs flow...
SEE NO ADDICTION anymore..just satisfaction..

I'm no help.. I have several cases of SPYDERCOS....and I see no end in sight...
Of course I have to have all the variations of each as well...

Mikey, the problem is not a cure, it is, do you really want to be cured. I started out with one, about a year ago, now up to 57, with 4 ordered. Al

The only "cure" I found that could satisfy me after owning spyderco knives is a sebenza.

I intend that to be a compliment to Sal and Spyderco. Of course that opens up a whole NEW set of "sickness".

MikeyLikesIt,

It's quite simple actually. Everytime you get the urge to purchase a new model, send me the price of the knife.

You can think of it as a kind of psychological transference. I'll have all the worries about addiction, and you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you're cured from Spyderco buying.

I don't want a cure. I want to want Spyderco's. I want the inlayed Military I saw a few weeks ago. I want a Calypso. I want a Spydiecard. I want a Shabaria. I want another Chinese folder. I want a Cricket. You know where this is going.

You don't, you just have your wife sew more pockets into you clothing so you can carry more of them.
