How does the blade tang look on your Techno?

Just received my first Techno and I am very happy with the folder. It's the type of folder I have been looking for. I noticed that the tang where the lock face meets on mine is not ground fully. It has that typical nicely ground polished angle but then it isn't ground the full width. It stops shorter than normal. Take a look at your Techno and see if the tang is ground all the way across like most folders or if it stops short. Maybe this is part of the design. Doesn't seem like it would allow for as much future lock travel.

Mine is like that as well. I believe it's normal for the Techno. Either Jdavis or Caffeine junky says something about it in their Techno vids. I'm also in love with the knife. Perfect in every way. Good job Spyderco and Marcin:thumbup:
