How does the photo uploader work?

I posted one ad with no problem, photos and all, tried to post another in another forum and up load pics but the uploader which seems to upload never shows any pics...tried this 10 + times.

so , questions are:

Seems like we are limited to 16 photos, is that correct?

How can I delete older photos uploaded ( they are in the uploader taking up space)

Are there any instructions about how to us the uploader?

Thanks for any help.
 
I have never used the uploader. I believe there are problems with it just now. I posted this in answer to your question elsewhere:


grickie77, you probably need to use a hosting service, like Photobucket or imgur.


1. I use www.photobucket.com . Download your pictures.

Go to your Photobucket album.
Click on the picture you want.
Go to the right and see Links to share this photo

Email & IM
Direct
HTML
IMG

Left click on IMG. It will flash Copied. Paste into your post.

2. Another way: go to http://www.imgur.com and upload your image.
After uploading, select the BBCode option - it starts with
 
If i am not mistaken, each membership allows for a specific amount of space. Large pictures will deplete that space faster than smaller pictures.
