How does your 806D2 carry?

I'm just about ready to start considering my next knife. After reading a bunch of threads, I'm pretty much convinced that it's going to be a BM 806D2 (unless something unnaturally good appears on the market/I earn more money than expected, in which case an MT/semi-custom appears in my future).

This'll probably end up being EDC for a while, so carriability's pretty important. I'm a student, so I dress very casual, cargo shorts and the like. So my question is, how does the 806D2 carry for *you*?

Perhaps you could add your height as well?

Very much appreciated.

Edit for spelling.

My 806D2 is one of my favorite knives, so I carry it all the time.

Lots of time, it simply goes in my right front pocket. That is never a problem, except on a couple pair of "carpenter's" jeans I have where the pockets aren't as deep on the outsides.

I tried carrying it in my back left pocket, and it is too big to be comfortable.

I have also carried it IWB. On my side, it is pretty uncomfortable, and I haven't really carried it in the front that way before, but IWB in the small of my back works pretty well. I pretty much only carry that way with a tuck-in shirt, otherwise it is too uncomfortable.

BTW, I am just about 6' if that helps.

IMHO, the 806 carries very comfortably for a large folder. It can be carried IWB with no problem at all. In addition, the newer 806s are drilled for tip up/down, right/left carry, giving you many options.

For the record, I'm 5"11".

The 806D2 is an absolutely awesome EDC. It feels great in my hand, carries as easily in my front right pocket as any other knife, and the axis lock is fantastic. I give the 806D2 a full recommendation for EDC.

I'm 5'4" and it carries perfectly in my right front pocket, whether I'm wearing slacks, jeans, or cargo pants.

I carry an older 800 LH IWB daily and don't even notice it at all. The curve of the handle helps alot for IWB. I'm about 6' tall, 200 lbs.

My 806 carries nice tip up all the way at the bottom of my pocket, not very concealed, but easy to take out, easy to put back, and easy to have other objects in there as well. I am 6'3"
