I emailed Matt about those concelex sheaths...i asked him if he needed my knife for the mold, or if he could make one off of another knife...he said it depends on wether or not the knife handles are all the same..

So my question is, Are they all the same, and if not, what is the difference..is it on a scale of a .1 nanometer difference or is it more of a noticeable difference???

Thanks.

I can't answer your question, but i guess it depends on what knife he has to mold off of, and what knife you want the sheath for. What knife are you looking to sheath? That may help someone answer a bit better then i can. Is the 42 handle dimensionaly like the other BM's of equal length?

I dunno which knife you are talking about but the old 40 series is all the same.. but I think the BM44 is a bit wider. The 42 is the first of it's class.. remmeber it is bigger anf longer than the 45.

Jags shoudl all be the same anyways.. and in conceealex a minute discrepancy shouldn not be a problem. But be realistic though, it is still best to send Matt your knife. Better safe than sorry. I knwo it hurts to send your baby away but he'll come back with a gold star after the day is done
