When Emerson attends a show and does a lottery for the customs, how exactly does it work? Just one big sale at the end of the show? Or one knife at a time throughout the weekend?

you put your name in the drawing.

at a designated time, ernie draws the names himself, and hands the winner the knife of his choice. at the plaza show he brought 25 knives.

all knives cost 550.00

he draws names until all the knives are sold.

I wish someone would have told me this at my first Blade Show a few years ago.
A friend told me about all the free give-away knives. He said go to all the booths and fill out anything that says drawing.
Whilst walking around I heard my name called. I walked up and saw Mr Emerson and his crew. "Wow!" says I, What luck.
Just think of how stupid I felt when they told me I didn't win the knife.
I felt like an idiot as I walked away with my head down. I wish I would have bought it now.

I was just curious because I was thinking of catching the Blade show and a custom Emerson would be worth trying for.

So is the drawing towards the end of the show, like on Sunday?

not necessarily. at plaza he did the drawing at 1pm on saturday, the show didnt end until 6pm iirc.

Works well with me, I have won the lottery the last three shows I have been too:)

Wow, that's not bad!

What would you guess your odds are like? For instance, how many are entered and how many knives are available?

again, at the plaza show, he brought 25 knives.

about 100 people entered, i think. i didnt win, but a 25% chance isnt too bad.
