How flexible is kydex?(cord holder?)

I have been looking for a material I can cut into an H like shape to hold my cord. I want custom sizes. I see kite string set ups, but compared to the cord and room I get using double layer of cardboard, the kite string holders just don't compare.



Any suggestions? Is kydex the right fit?
 
Go with ABS IMHO. Way cheaper, thicknesses 1/4" and more. If no need for heat and chemical resistance you'd do just as well. I purchased 1/4" thick 12" square sheet for about $3 shipped for a recent project. Easy to work, stiff, etc..
