How good is CRKT 8CR14 blades?

I was looking at CRKT M21-14 knife which uses this as a blade material. Just wondering what the general opinion is regarding it keeping an edge etc. Thanks Cap

Well I don't know how well the CRKT ones are (depends on how they have them heat treated), but the Benchmade and Spyderco blades made from this or similar alloys are about the same as AUS8.
