I looked at both the 301 and the 302 on my trip to the pharmacy and both were solid and near perfect. i went with the 1 and i love the green scales. i carried it for a short while but it never had any worthwhile things to cut so i stopped. this past week however since i sent the MUDD on, i have carried either my 301 or my 200 at work and although some people look at me kinda strange i gotta say both kicked ass on the cardboard marathon cuts.
i would make sure that if you are cutting cardboard with the 301 to give it that scary sharp treatment beforehand. its not that it didn't cut well, but with the thickness of the blade i couldn't simply set it on a tape line and drag it to cut. the 200 on the otherhand with the sharper point and deeper belly worked amazing on those tasks. but i will never regret purchasing the 301 and i will probably get the all black version or one of tadgears runs.
