How hard does Benchmade run there n680?

Thinking about doing a custom Grip in this steel but I am wondering at what RC Benchmade runs this steel at. I am really liking how its basically rust proof but how does it compare to S30V in terms of edge retention?

It wont have the same wear resistance as S30V but will be more corrosion resistant, easier to sharpen and take a high polished edge fast.

I liked it from my personal experience. Easy to touch up, but I wished the edge retention was better.

Goes dull in a hurry, one of my least favorite steels, I don't play in salt water very often, I'm sure that plays a role. While I am a Benchmade fan, I'd look towards Spyderco for rust free alternatives.
