how hard is to get parts from spyderco?

anyone know if spyderco will send out parts? part of the latch on mine fell out and I cant find it so I'm gonna be needing a new piece to to hold the T in.
 
If I'm reading your question correctly, the part you need is for a Spyderco balisong. AFAIK, parts for those can only be sent to active duty military and law enforcement personnel.

Spyderco recently stepped up to plate went to court and took a big hit from the Government (Conviction, fines, concessions ,a significant loss of merchandise and revenue) over their Japanese made butterfly knife parts being imported here for finishing. So they may not be willing to ship balisong parts out to non LEO or non military.
