How I Delete Messages?

Select message, choose leave conversation
 
You could use your delete button to delete the subject and then the text, replacing it with a couple ... and then save. Yeah, I'm too lazy to learn the correct way.

The only reason I can think of that the forum software uses leave instead of delete is that you get a choice: leave and don't accept new messages, or leave but do accept them. If you choose that second one, and someone restarts the conversation, I believe the whole thing will come back as if you'd never left.

But yeah, trips folks up all the time!

I assumed because it was a conversation there are multiple people involved and you can leave but the other person still has their copy of the convo? But yeah, it took me a bit to figure out how to "delete".
