My account got hacked today and I'm a site supporter. I really don't want to lose my feedback, etc and someone is using my account to try stealing money right now. Can I get a pm?
 
I am not in my control of my gold account right now with positive feedback. I was able to comment on my open sales thread using this account before the hacker shut it down.

Thank you. Am I SOL now when it comes to site membership and feedback numbers and such? And would it be helpful to share the message I got with the scammer's email and IP?
 
Excellent, thank you. At this point I'm just hoping that nobody got scammed. It looked like someone in the sales thread tried to paypal them. :(
 
Someone PMed me saying they did a transaction with the scammer.

I logged into your account and they burned 2 separate people because folks did F&F.

Your password was compromised somewhere because he logged straight into it, no attempts or anything.

Is there a Moderator very familiar with hacked accounts, who could please give me a phone call? No issue with my account, but with the account of a well known Bladesmith (PW Custom) here who's account was recently hacked. Unfortunately, it appears a couple members got bit by the hacker.

I reached out to Petr, as soon as I saw his account was appropriately shut down due to the issue. He just notified me he is having trouble contacting a Moderator and asked if I could try to contact one on his behalf to contact him direct, in order to resolve the issue.

I would appreciate a phone call at any time to provide information for a Moderator to contact him directly.

All he has to do is join again and provide Spark Spark some info about his account.
