How I make a folder sheath

Since I don't have anything better to do, here's a tutorial. I'll use a 2 dot 110 in case your wondering about the knife. As far as I know, there isn't much difference in 110s.

Here are all the vegetable tanned pieces...

I'm wet molding this by hand. The little piece is to stiffen the front where the male snap will be anchored.

Dye is drying. I am using a CA special dye. :(

Gluing the back to the suede liner. I just pounded the snap and will be lining the front next.

This way the snap doesn't rub the knife...

Good tutorial! Lined with suede too...It's like you're tucking your Buck in bed every time you put it in the sheath!
 
Thanks guys. I just listed it as well as a brown version constructed the same way.
