How is Claehill doing ?

I was just catching up on some threads regarding the demise of LK as I don't really get out of the this forum that much ( so it was news to me ) and happened to come across a post by Jaxx about how Claehill ( Anthony ) had been clobbered by a bad injury whilst working in Afghanistan ... and had had a bit of a rum time of it all ...

I did a search and noticed that he has been on BFC doing a few sales of knives and thought I might ask "how are you" ? ... as I have'nt seen him post in here for a while and from what Jaxx said he has had a serious injury to recover from so things have been a bit tricky I reckon.

So for those who might know him better than me I thought I could ask for a "heads up" as to how things are going ? And if he still pops in here it would be great to hear from Anthony himself.

I've been wondering the same thing. He pops in every other week in the exchange but that's it, would like to hear a status update to see if he's doing any better and healing okay or if there's anything we could do.

He's been on as recently as just a few hours ago. I hope he's doing very well also... Maybe he'll drop in for a drink and let us know how he's doing.

BTW, PeterPWHS, I hope that you don't mind...I made a minor correction to his username in your title. :)
 
Thanks for that Jaxx .... I even wrote it down wrong !!!! I guess the "reading glasses" are going to have to be carried at all times now .... :D

I will drop him a PM as well ... perhaps I should have done so from the "off" ... hope he is healing well :thumbup:

Thanks for your kind wishes and thoughts. I'm doing really well as some of the guys here know. Keeping myself out of trouble :roll eyes: Still lurking around keeping my eye on everyone ...... Making sure your all behaving yourselves. Life is good and I really can't say more than that. I'm blessed with a great family and some really good friends. Some of them being right here on BF. Who I'm sure would rather want to remain nameless ........ But they should know that they are always in my thoughts and hold a special place in my heart.

I'll be back on posting at some point and one year will make Blade to share a beer or two. I've just been trying my hardest to not spend so much time on the old computer. Lord only knows how long that will last as this place can be quite addictive ........
But for now sending all my best wishes and hoping your all having a wonderful Easter.
