I got an email through BF. Tried to reply - Sorry! That user has specified that they do not wish to receive emails. - so I searched his forum name(allballs) - Sorry - no matches

If he doesn't want to receive emails, I'm not sure what to tell you. I take it he doesn't accept PM's either? He won't be able to reply to them, but he should be able to get them
