How is the closed blade retention on the Microtech Socom Elite manual?

I recently returned one because detent was really weak and the blade fell out if you just barely shake the handle. I couldn't tighten the pivot because it used a proprietary screw. Does anyone know if the weak detent is normal or a fluke on these? That was my only complaint, the fit/finish and everything else was perfect.

I do not own one, but I handled one about a month ago at a knife store, the detent was positive and the blade would not just flop open.

I just bought one and have the same problem with it, the detent was extremely weak.

5 of those had weak detents.

All I can say is...detent? There's a detent on this knife!? How do I make it work?
