How is the Rainier Scout for throwing?

I have been considering the Rainier Scout and wondered how it is performing as a thrower. How would you describe the weight and balance (compared with other hawks if possible)? That head looks BURLY! Is it as heavy as it looks?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have the rainier scout, but i must admit that I do not plan on throwing it. it is too pretty. eventually, I will use my VTAC for that.
Balance wise, I think the Rainier would fly fine. While it does have a substantial head, overall it is light and very well balanced.

Finally pulled the trigger on the Rainier Scout today! One for me and one for a buddy of mine who is a big nut for throwing pointy things. I can't wait to see this hawk! Thank you Rooikat and Progunner who helped me decide. Will post more when it comes in as it WILL see action (and some air time) in short order.

Cool! You will be very happy with your scout. I love mine, and was so impressed with the quality and the ATC service that I picked up a VTAC, as well.
