How is this finish done?

I was going through the pic thread and saw this one that was 'antiqued'. How is it done?

That was hit with either a scotch brite pad or wet sanded with a fine grit like 600. I have a starbenza and an umnumzaan with the same finish. It looks really nice in person.

Yep, my guess is scotch brite as well. I really like the result.
