How is TOPS' warranty/customer service?

I have a TOPS Street Scalpel with a broken tip. Has anyone had a knife replaced/fixed by TOPS? How was the experience dealing with them? Were they fair? I really don't think they could "repair" this particular knife. Maybe if they ground an ugly-assed tanto tip on it... Anyway, how are they to deal with?

So nobody has dealt with TOPS' customer service or returned a knife under warranty?

COME ON!!!!!!! I find it hard to believe that I'm the only one here who has ever broken a TOPS knife!

Anybody else? When you returned it, did they try to repair it or replace?
