how is victorinox's warranty?

how is victorinox's warranty? I have a swiss army classic that broke.. the metal bar that runs parallel with the blade is broke in the middle and sticks up preventing the scissors to close...
 
I recently posted my ongoing experience with Vic in the muti-purpose tools/knife section. Have a look at that. Also do a search to see others experiences. -Based on my experience, my advice would be to just buy a new one if you're able and really like that design.
