How long did it take you to get your kydex after you ordered

Its been 2 1/2 weeks .

Im getting anxious I guess :D

If its Azwelke, it was a few weeks...well worth it. I didn't ask, I just waited...one day it showed up...

I got the plain Jane taco and added the leather and dangler myself.

I can't say for sure but I think I got my two sheaths from 710 in about a week. I was very impressed with his speed.

Ordered from both Azwelke and 710. Maybe 2 weeks+ give or take with economical shipping. Was very satisfied with product quality and timing and price. 6 months would seems excessive for anything that isn't exotic. I would guess these guys are small businessmen who can't afford to carry much inventory without going out of business with financing inventory. Would gladly recommend either of them.

Yeah, I assumed they're made to order and first come, first served. Also don't think one can survive on sheaths alone so its a side gig and real life comes first. With both Azwelke and 710's reputation here, I didn't question it.

NC, is the leather piece with the D ring bolted to the Kydex or another piece of leather? Just wondering since I have another brand of Kydex taco style for my Bk7 but I don't like the provided belt loop and have been trying to figure out how to make a leather attachment

It's a strip folded over onto itself with the screws holding it closed. The leather going around the sheath is just sandwiched in there with a little bit of play but not enough to be floppy.

Hah, I thought the same thing and like the next day it was at my door. Hope the same for you!

I once waited almost three months for a pair of skis to arrive at my house after purchasing them on fleabay for an insanely low price. Emails back and forth, USPS said they had no idea where they would be after they were put on the mail boat from Alaska (I bought $300 skis for about $90 and paid, like, $16 for shipping (the cheapest option available)) and on and on, the guy running the store I bought them from was on vacation when they were shipped and was telling me that they were still there and something different had been shipped....it was a first rate cluster....and when I'd finally given up hope and was just about to file a claim with fleabay....they showed up. And I opened the box and was astonished to find a brand new pair of Madshus Eons in the exact size I ordered.

JDMiller: I don't know where you ordered your sheath from, but I hope it gets to you soon. You never know....until it shows up on your doorstep.

It shouldn't be a burden to politely inquire about even a rough estimate or just a heads up...esp if the funds have cleared. That's simply good business and proper customer service. OTOH, I wouldn't publicize any conversation and such.
