how long does CRK usually take to respond to email?

It was sent about last Thursday. But if they're busy with blade show I can understand.
And they didn't answer the phone when I called, but I'll call next week so they're not so busy.

I have a Saturday B-day card. I think they are puttin' in the overtime to get work done. As a reward I sent it back to them to fix several issues with it. You know what they say about items produced on a Friday afternoon.

CRK usually responds within 1-2 days for me. They are probably busy with the blade-show event, taking new orders and production of the new wood inlays and large inkosi orders.

They are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I spoke with someone Thursday morning last week trying to get a mix up straightened out and she confirmed that just about everyone else was at Blade Show. I'd say give them a call Monday morning.

I called Tuesday and ordered lube. Alicia was helpful and it's at the post office waiting for me tomorrow according to my slip.
They must only pick up for a VIP.

Then my mind took over as I bought it from a legit dealer as an exclusive (CF25).
Still makes me wonder what to think about it.
