how long does it generally take?

How long does it generally take for strider to repair/replace your knife? Cause last night i broke the very tip of my new SA off when prying open some speakers, and it got me thinking about the unconditional guarantee.

Sorry for the bad luck. Send it now, for I have no committments abroad and will be there the day it arrives. post a note within the package and I will do it that day. Also, if there is evidence that it had a crack i will just send you a new one, same day.

no, it's not a problem right now. It's not too major a break, and I won't be able to send it out and recieve it in time(I'll be leaving for europe in just a few days).

I'll beat my SA up a little more before I send it back.


I was just wondering how long it generally takes for repairs, that's all. Thanks very much for your commitment to my knife.
