How long does it normally take for USAKNIFEMAKERS to response the order?

They are usually very quick. Give them a call or email Beth, she will figure it out for you.
 
I can't speak for them, but I know when I used to do online sales as part of our business years ago, the level of fraudulent orders we would get out of places like Thailand were extremely common, so anything coming in was an immediate red flag. They could very well be sitting on the order awaiting contact or are going through some kind of lengthy security precautions.
 
I can do PayPal personal money sending if they want and I do have shipping address in USA.

But since they never response any of my Email in the past 10 days... so I decided to do the PayPal check out method and the money has been sent since 03 Feb.
 
Again, have you called them and asked if the order has been processed or shipped?

Tracy is well known for his fast service and shipping, so there is surely a reason why this delay is happening.

You should have gotten a confirmation email within a couple hours... I order from them all the time.
 
I order from them all the time and never have any trouble.

They're a small business and can't have a person dedicated to everything all the time. I can relate. People today are so spoiled by Amazon's same day shipping and free overnight that we forget there was once a time when you'd mail in an order form from a paper catalogue and several weeks later you'd get your stuff. You'd fax it if you were big time.

Freight used to go on trains. They were called freight trains.

I had let my friend order steel from you many time and you guys are with out a doubt, a great service company.

I just curios that why I Email you many times but never got respond and make me afraid that may be something went wrong and you guys may didn't notice my order.
