How long does it take? Another gold membership question

It's been a few weeks now since we paid to upgrade our membership status (ok, almost 3 weeks), and while I fully understand the situation with the move and all, I really need to ask...

How much longer will it take for this membership upgrade to kick in? And, will it be active from that activation date, or from 3 weeks ago?

Spark emailed a week ago to say that he was looking into it. So, no worries there, more just curiosity...and it's a holiday weekend too.

I'm sure things are being taken care of, or will be soon.

Hmmm, it shouldn't have taken *that* long. Give us a call on Monday with the order number and we'll figure it out.
 
What if you misplaced your order number.I bought a Knifemakers membership on the 28th of April and I have not seen anything happen yet.
