How long does it take for a Gold membership to process?

So I just signed up for a gold membership about 15 mins ago. Is there anything else I have to do or does it just take time for the membership to process?

You are all set but you need to update your usergroup to show you have a paid membership.To do this Click on Settings (top right) -> Permissions Groups and update.
