How long does it take to get new hardware from Zero Tolerance?

Hey all just had a quick question. I contacted the warranty department at ZT about getting a new pocket clip for my 0350, on October 22nd. I received a conformation e-mail from the warranty department that they have received my request and have shipped out the new parts(on the same day), which could take up to 10 days. Well, it's November 11, 3 weeks later, and I still have not received my parts. I've gotten new parts from Kershaw before and it took around a week( I live in Illinois), but never ZT. I'm assuming that these parts all get shipped out from the same location. Anyone else had a problem getting hardware before? Thanks!

I would just contact them again..give them a call.. I usually get the parts in 5 days..

For me, they always went out within the next day or two and got here (Oregon to Tenn) in about a week from when I first emailed.

The same thing happened to me. It took about 3 weeks after I got the email. Funny thing is the post mark was only 4 days old.
Shipping department must be backed up. Also the screws that were shipped were too short to even catch at all, on the Speedform 2. Half of the time , two out of four times, they have shipped the wrong length screws for the knife. I was also shipped very short screws to use on a 0200.

You should be getting it soon.......Keep us posted.

I called a week ago about some clip screws and the woman said she would send them out. Collected my name, email and address. I haven't received anything. Should I have received a confirmation email when she entered it in the computer?

I've never received a confirmation that parts have shipped (but they've always come).

Turnaround has been pretty quick both times I've contacted their warranty department. I got a replacement torsion bar for my Leek in about 5 days. Turnaround for the vertical blade play on my 0350 was about 2 weeks, including shipping time both ways.

Usually takes about a week for me. As was said above, I'd contact them again. It could be your parts just didn't get out the door due to an oversight.

I got a hold of them again, they really didn't say much about what could have happened or if they really did ship, but they are sending me another set of hardware. Hopefully they show up this time!
