How long does it take to get pocket-clip screws from the factory

I called up Spyderco the other day to get some pocket-clip screws and spoke to a very nice lady from Spyderco who said they would get them shipped to me (no charge - awesome). I realize that they're super-busy in Golden and with BLADE and what not going on.

My question is this: How long does it typically take them to send out screws to your door? I'm getting ready to go out of town and was hoping to have them before I left but it's not a huge deal I guess.

I just ordered a clip for my Para-Military 2 that took four days to arrive in Boston, MA.

took about 4 days too get my new clip and screws from them. talked to a very friendly sales lady said it would be 4 or 5 bussiness days so spot on!! thx spyderco!

I lost one of the handle screws on one of my PM2's and Spyderco customer service sent me some freebies... all together it took almost 3 weeks from my original email to customer service, to when I had the screws in hand... didn't cost me anything other than a couple of emails so all in all I was a very happy camper. ;)

I have had to get new screws from Spyderco twice and it took about 4 to 5 days both times. Their CS kicks ass.

That's odd.

I got them in this week (I just got home and they were in my mail-box) and they were inside a baggie marked "Sorry for the Delay - Torx-6 Use Loctite 243" but inside that baggie were 4 black phillips-head screws (that fit perfectly).

It just struck me as odd. I've never seen Phillips-head pocket-clip screws on a Spyderco (and the factory screws on my Native 4 FFG were satin-finished). It kinds of looks good with the black pocket-clip though, but still - the Phillips-head just looks out of place to me.
