How long for membership to go through?

I just upgraded to gold again and I dont seem to have the option under my CP to upgrade to gold? I payed for it through paypal and taking advantage of the ESEE Arrow deal ($38 I think total). So does it take longer than normal? Usually I can go gold right away.

paypal has to manually charged and can take up to 72 hours to go through.
