I have the following:

#105 - 23 years
#110 - 14 Years
#703 - 14 Years Blades in different order than current mfg.
#301 - 20? years that was dads
2@ ?560 Buckskins 10 years
All still going strong though the 110 is a little large for daily carry. Still like new.

Over the years I've had terrible luck holding on to my Bucks. Like an idiot, I traded a 110 for a cheapo auto :o when I was in the seventh grade. Still regret that. I had a Squire stolen from my gym bag in high school. I had one of those small lockbacks about the size of an Executive but with wood handles (purchased in ~1987) that I lost on a college road trip to Mardi Gras in New Orleans. I had a 301 stockman in my tackle box that decided to go for a swim without me. I'm sure there are others that I can't even remember. Now, I just have a 709 Yearling that I've had about seven or eight months, and a stainless Executive, which I've had around a year and a half - that one's my No. 1 Sunday knife. As you can tell, I like smaller knives for the most part.

I've still got my Buck Special that my best friend bought for me on my 16th birthday back in 1975. I had it refurbished through Buck to get that edge 2000 last year, and its sharper than it ever was.

I purchased a 307 stockman in 1982. I still have it and use it occasionally. For a few years, it was the knife that I used for everything. It has held up very well, has been and is a terrific knife.

My first Buck in 1969 was a Stockman without model number, later became model 301. I sold that knive off a few months ago to a collector.

Second was Buck 112 Ranger the first year they were introduced, I believe it was early 1970's. It has black micarta with the rear center spacer of brass.

Regards,
FK

I've got 2 buck knives.I bought them in 1973.They are both in very good condition and hardly used.

Buck 501
Buck 110 With original leather sheath.:)

110...1969, $16.00, Navy Exchange, NAS Moffet Field, CA.(I couldn't believe I spent that much on a knife!).

120...1977, $36.00, Navy Exchange, Nas North Island, San Diego, CA.

Still got them both. (Finally figured out how to sharpen the 110 around 1985) :o

Now, of course, I have a whole shopfull of Buck Knives but those two were the first, and mine to keep.

Purchased my first buck, a 102 woodsman, in about 1967 when I was in Boy Scouts. It cost about $13, and like Dennis, I couldn't believe I was spending that much on a knife. But my best friend had one, so I had to have one too. I had Edge 2000 put on it this year and it is sharper than ever. I have a 301 that has been around for about 20 years. Those are the oldest.

I bought my 119 around 16 years ago, my 112 7 years ago, my 301 in 1998, my 110 in 1999, and my 303 this year! I got the 119 at AAFES at Fort Gordon, GA, the 112 and 301 at sporting goods stores here in Indiana, and the 303 at a Lowes. The 110 only cost me $17 at a local Wal-Mart, one of the best deals I ever got on a knife!

I got my first Buck from a friend in the early 70's. Broke the tip off in about 1980 when another "friend" tried to break into a truck with it!
Got my "favorite Buck" in 1985 and wev'e been married now for almost 17 years!
Take care,

I still carry my Buck 105 with original sheath that my grandfather bought me in 1974. I am now 40 years old, my grandfather has passed away, and the 105 is still cuttin'.

I've had my Buck Scoutlite (Model 412) since the mid-eighties, when it was my EDC. Broke the tip off while prying (never did that again!) on my security job.

Got a Nighthawk with silver finish blade a few months ago from a work buddy, who bought it around six years ago.

Got my first Buck 5 or 6 years ago. It was a yellow 303 Cadet that was made in 1989. It is still sharp. I now have 25 or so Buck knives (I haven't counted in awhile). I enjoy the knives and the service given by the company. Had the blessing of meeting Mr. Chuck Buck back in May at Smoly Mt. Knife Works. He was a super nice guy. My wife bought me one of those 532 mid-body lockblades and got him to sign it with his rotery tool. In fact, he signed 4 or 5 for me. I mostly carry a bone handled 303 or the 503 Prince. I like to carry them all but it gets so heavy!
