How long is the CR spa treatment turnaround

I was wondering what the usual turnaround time for spa treatment? No sandblasting, just wanted the blade centered and action smooth out...All the praising of this company I was intrigued on it's service. It as been about 3 weeks since I have sent it in and have not heard back...My guess is the holidays mixed in there and read that they are at 4 days work week. But still hoping that I would have received an update at this point. I thought I would ask here before I called and inquired about it.

But even on the CRK website it says 3-4 weeks usually, but not guaranteed and sometimes can take longer.
