I contacted BM for replacement clips and have emails from customer service. On Dec.30th I was told they shipped to me (in Connecticut) on Dec. 21st and still haven't received them. Is this as expected from BM or should I send a different email instead of replying to "Troy"? 2 1/2 weeks seems long unless they are on horse and buggy.
