How long were each of the last few Busse offerings around for?

My Busse awareness began sometime during the middle of the Ash-1, which I think were around for about a year. How long were the knives that followed offered for? I believe they went in this order:

Ash-1
NMFBM
Bear Cub Hack
NMSFNO
Boss HG55

Does anyone know specifically how long each was available for?

It seems like the NMSFNO was only around for about a month too.
With good reason, best knife I've owned.
 
I recall the NMFBM offering being pretty short like 6 weeks, but I could have sworn the NMSFNO was around like 3-4 months.
 
It varies. The ASH-1 was up forever. The NMFBM was only up for a couple of weeks. I think it all depends on how much drinking is going on up in Waseon.
 
The NMFBM was only up for @2 weeks. By two weeks, I mean 14 days. Otherwise I'd have probably caved and bought more than one.

I also recall the NMFBM only being for sale for a couple weeks. It may have seemed like longer due to pre-release marketing, but Jerry made a big deal about NMFBMs being a VERY limited time release.
