About 2 years ago I didn’t pull the trigger on either of the 3 HHFSH that were up for sale here. Clearly 2 years ago I was younger and dumber. Really curious how the hunt goes on that model. Was it just raining HHs? Was I in the land of milk and honey and pissed it all away?
Do I need the custom shop ever save me?
I’ll just buy one knife I said.

The truth is, you just never can tell when something that you're looking for will pop its head out at an attractive price point.

I've seen stuff show up, stick around and leave before I'd even have given it a second thought.

Now you wish you had one, fi d it, buy it, have it in your mitts and find it's not what you wanted at all and sell it to fund another purchase.

Tale as old as knife collecting.

I'm probably the only one this has happened to though. 🤡🤡

theres one on ebay for around 860 obo, can probably offer 6-700 and they may take it eBay link removed... read the site rules please.
if you are looking for a normally priced one it may take timeee, weeks/months unless a generous hog reaches out to you

Man, think I was looking at HHFSHs at the same time, feeling the itch.

Scratched it with a fat BG FSH that came up instead. I’ve beat on it good and like it way more than I thought I would, which kinda sorta makes me wish I’d ponied up the extra couple hundred for the INFI… but no regerts. I’ve got a user now, did some customization on it and it slaps.
 
Although not an HHfsh you might find a NMfsh. Sometimes those pop up too. The NMfsh is one of my favorites :)
You could reach out to KnifeHunter , great guy who might be able to source you a knife.

You know what's worse than not finding the knives you want...?

Finding multiple knives you want all being for sale at once.....ugh!
 
Theres lotsa forsaken nano fusions out there.. bit lighter bit more nimble but more than tough enough.. mine actually stole alot of my megawilers belt time for that size range
 
There is something special about the Old School HHFSH. After the Shop ramped up production (2007/8?) there were many Show specials and Custom Shop variants. Make sure that you know what thickness blade you are getting for the right feel.
 
Two rare ones popped up on BF Exchange this very day. You just never know. Makes the hunt patience-draining, and exciting.
