How many Beckers do you have?

Ok guys so realizing that I've gone beyond the point of general interest and am well into the obsession level of liking Beckers, I'm curious to see into my future a bit and see what others have amounted to.

Right now I have:

BK 2
BK 11 with micarta scales
BK 11 Serrated with the tan sheath
BK 14 older roll stamped version (was cord wrapped, waiting on scales in the mail)
BK 17

Most have been modded a little in various ways, but with the exception of the serrated BK 11, all of them get the spines ground for use with a ferro rod.

and I'm currently in the process of working towards owning one of each model (have been looking for a Brute at the right price for a while now)

Geez ... probably 20.

But I don't have every model. Indeed, probably only half.

I've been accumulating multiples of the BK5 and BK15 cuz they're my fav and picking up others as restoration/mod projects.


Funny, I first stumbled across Beckers last Fall while looking for a new 'field' knife to replace my SOG NW Ranger. "A" new knife ... as in just 1. ;)

Yep, I think that's it.

All modded (at least strip and scales) except the King.

I don't think I've acquired any since taking this picture, and I'm pretty sure there was only one missing. I don't count - sort of a plausible deniability thing - but feel free if it matters.

The group between, and to the left of, the two Blackjacks are all Camillus. I have not used any of those (My first 2 Beckers were Camillus - they were used...but they were given away some time ago. ) Everything else is Kabar, and only a couple of those remain untouched: 1-16, 2-15 (well, they're stripped, but unused), 1-12, 1-24, and the 11CSM

Not nearly enough. BK-1,7,77,15(x2),17. Was turned on to my first Becker about 8-9yrs ago at a knife shop, a Camillus BK-7.

Good plan....although with that pic there's really no plausibility in your denial ;).

I'll do the same, though the OP can find some of these pics in the Becker Family Photo thread.

I'm sure that's not all of them....there's another Machax and 14 floating around somewhere....and the Ka-Bar BK2 is up for grabs in the thread in my sig.....
Definitely WAY more than I ever thought I would own when I bought my first - the King - a couple years ago. And, as great as Ethan's knives are, it's the people of this forum that really makes the whole thing stick together.
