So circumstances have led me to sell off part of my knife collection. For most of my knives I can make a decent estimate what I can sell them for, but these pieces are a bit more unique and I have no clue what they're worth. Also, these knives haven't been used before, an exception to my rule of using my knives.

On the off chance I could make a profit on one or more of these knives, I would consider myself lucky as I usually make a significant loss. Please don't make this thread a discussion about how selling knives with profit makes me 'despicable' or a 'flipper'. I just wanna know the going prices I can get for selling these knives.

First off: A customized Buck 119. I bought this on the Bay ages ago, back when scammers were less prevalent (or I was more naïve, I guess we're gonna find out). I honestly don't know if this knife is legit, so I guess that's an additional question I have.

Second: The 2018 forum knife.

And third: A 503 with Elk scales and signed by Chuck Buck:

Much thanks for looking at these!

The 2018 forum knife sold for $71 from the dealer who sold them. The few that I've seen up for sale on the secondary market have all sold for not much more than that. I haven't noticed a significant price increase.

If it were mine I would list it for $78 all inclusive but I see that your location might require more for shipping.

L Lodd I would guess the 119 has been customized by someone outside the Buck factory. The blade appears authentic and the handle looks to be very well done by whomever "OZ" (maker's mark?) may be. The sheath looks to be an aftermarket piece. Both the knife and sheath are pleasing to the eye and appear well constructed. Which makes your 119 worth however much someone is willing to pay for it.;)

A quick google search resulted this gentlemen who may the the maker. https://www.francineetchedknives.com/pages/jim-ort-oz-knives

Many of his knives bear the same "OZ" etching.

By the looks of his knives on the bay and a few other sites your 119 may be worth a good bit. Beautiful knife sir.

These are all made by Buck. The 119 i am guessing is a build out, Joe Houser, or web special knife. You may be able to squeeze $250 but the OZ etching may hurt it. The forum knife $100 and the 503 $85.
At least that's what I would want for them if they were mine.
Nice knives.

Thanks for the help so far, guys. The Buck subforum never disappoints. I'm gonna let some more estimates roll in, then I'll post them for sale. So keep an eye out if you're in the market for one of these.
