How many Carbon Fiber Civilians were made?

Was there a right & left hand version also?

The CF Civilians were a sprint run, with PE and SE, left & right versions. I have one of each in my collection. I am not sure how many of each were made, but it seems that there were fewer lefty-versions (600 or so lefties, maybe?).

Not enough.

Have heard several different sets of figures.

1200 total - 450 each SE and PE RH and 150 each SE and PE LH
1500 total - 600 each SE and PE RH and 150 each SE and PE LH
1800 total - 600 each SE and PE RH and 300 each SE and PE LH

One of them may even be close to the actual figures. The two certain things are that they were made in all four configurations, and were a limited production item.
