How many collector club members are there?

There are 200 numbered knives, so there has to be less, right?
Also, is each member issused a number? (e.g. member #1 gets only #1 knives)
 
Up to 201 collectors, since Gail Glesser is #000.

Each collector gets an exclusive number. I get all knives #'ed 135 (and 135V).

Either collector 103 chooses not to get any numbered variants (V), or there is no collector 103 assigned right now. In either case the knife gets sold along with the non-numbered ones.
