1. How many countries has Buck contracted in to make knives?

2. How many knife models have been made in Japan? I know the Ecco large and small were made there. Any others?
 
Are you counting the SwissBuck knives made by Wenger?

Also, some were made in Taiwan (ROC). I have a 229 UltiMate Ocean and a 559 Fishlocker from Taiwan. This probably doesn't count, but sheaths have been made in Mexico.

Some of the Mini BuckTools were "assembled" in Mexico. I don't know if this qualifies as the parts were made in the USA. Some sheaths are made there.
 
So, we now have USA, Switzerland, China, Taiwan, and Japan. Did I miss any?

It might be fun to collect a good representative of each country.

What models were made in Japan? Taiwan? Switzerland?
 
Wait, were the Moderne models made in France or am I confusing another knife?
