How many have an issue with your pet where they are sick of you looking at Buck knives?

Effin' cats are Satan's animals! Just kidding ...

My springer is going on 11 years old and lost most of his vision earlier this year after an illness.

He use to chase all shiny things but now he only sees glimpses of light so I can tell him lil' white lies. He sure can hear well though and somehow is able to pinpoint whatever food we are eating because he wants a nibble.

My 14 y/o black cat is usually a sweet heart. But you can see he's had enough of waiting and wants his food. That Springer looks like a sweetheart too.

That picture says it all.

We don’t have any pets anymore but I used to get those looks from my wife. A few years ago, she took on a new hobby that has her just as obsessed as I am with my hobby.

Thank goodness, we have come to understand each other’s obsession.

When feeling neglected and in need of attention one of my cats (3) will frequently squiggle in-between me and the laptop or just outright lay on it creating havoc with multiple random keys activated. Of course BUCK knives are frequently the subject matter being viewed. When feeling magnamious I will put up a bird or mouse video for Indy who will watch intently, the other two couldn't care less. Toby wants to be constantly petted and grumpy Tinker Bell, she wants to occupy the territory WITHOUT being touched or petted at all. The other feline in the house, Penny, has nicknamed my laptop 'the Mistress" because of the time I spend on it.

That's hilarious. My cat loves watching cat videos. Also, I don't know how he does it, but he keeps changing my keyboard to Dvorak. He is very affectionate but doesn't like being picked up or held - he needs his freedom and has to be his own kitty. He enjoys biting and pawing at my fingers if I am using the keyboard.

Swap those things with two cookies dad - WTF Over. 😜
We've had labs for over 30 years. Each one was unique, but they all had one thing in common: They could be outside, down at the end of the yard, chasing squirrels, or swimming in the creek, but open up the refrigerator drawer where we keep cheese, or a bag of chips & they suddenly appear at your side.:)

Man's best friend ... especially when man has any tasty food in his hand. You gotta love them! ♥️

Take my truck, take my house, take my wife ... just DON'T take my dog!
A couple years ago I had to have Gunny put to sleep. He was my best friend, constant companion, and helper since he was a pup. My wife commented that I didn't cry when my Mom died, but I did when I put him to sleep.

Only dog people understand that a dog isn't a pet, rather one of your most loyal, compassionate and genuine family members. Gunny is STILL your BFF and whenever you pass ... he'll be there to greet you with a toy. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I like mostly all animals but we have cats because they are easier to have as pets. A few years ago, I had to put down the brother of the black cat I showed above. He was a brown short-hair tabby. He got lung cancer. He was overnight at the vet hospital. When I came the next morning, he thought I was there to bring him home. He gave me hugs and kisses as they injected him with the chemicals. My wife and I were crying like babies. That tabby was my best bud. He followed me wherever I went. His death affected me greatly - and it still does.
