How many have broke?

I've been looking at the ontario rtak 2 for a year or so, I really like the look and the materials. But the thing that has kept me from buying one is that I've seen a few of them either chip horribly or just completely snap. I was wanting to know if breaking this knife is common. And if yours or someone you know broke, how did ontario act? Did they send you a new knife with great customer service, or did they give you a hard time? Thanks.

I'm interested in this as well, since I want to order one from the USA. (They are prohibitively expensive over here).
I've seen mixed reviews in my research, some guys really abused this knife and nothing happened, others broke it with light chopping or batoning.
I am very happy with my OKC made HEST, but I'm not so sure about this one.
EDIT: I read somewhere that they switched over to 5160 and those are supposedly better, anybody care to share their experiences ?

I'm sure, like most internet hearsay, it's way overblown. Do a google image search.

I have the newer version and am very happy with it. The 5160 holds decent edge while I thrash in hard deadwood with it. Definitely recommend but I have not been fortunate enough to use higher end knives like busse, scrapyard, etc
